Question # 2. My nails are peeling, dry and brittle. They break and snap off easily.  What treatment do you recommend?

When the nail plate becomes dry it becomes brittle and peels and breaks easily.  Peeling, dry, brittle nails need to be thoroughly moisturized. Thicker nails tend to suffer from dryness although even thin nails can suffer from brittle nail. These are great treatments to choose from and some other products that help maintain the essential moisture balance in your nails and hands. Remember to protect your hands and nails from harsh cleaning products and excessive water. And I always recommend cram nail polish instead of frosted.  Save the frosted polish for special occasions.
