Question # 5.  I have very dry elbows and knees.  What can I do to soften the dry skin on my elbows and knees?

Oh, I hate it when I get that.  It reminds me of elephant hide. These areas can be difficult and often require more than just lotion.  Exfoliate and moisturize, exfoliate and moisturize.  That’s the answer.  It is helpful to use very rich balms for deep moisturizing. You will see results almost immediately. In the beginning use the slough cream 3 or 4 times a week. Then just as needed.  Continue to use the deep moisturizing treatments to control the problem and prevent the return of dry elbows and knees.

  • Pedi-Care Sloughing Cream. This product will quickly remove the top layers of dry skin so that your moisture balm treatment can work most effectively.

  • Mountain Glow Salt Scrub. Use this wonderfully emollient scrub when bathing or showering to further aid removal of dry skin. Incredible scents to choose from.

  • Cracked Heel Relief – repairs chronic dry, rough knees, elbows and heels. Saturates the skin to heal the deep cracks under the skin surface.  Very easy to apply and extremely effective.

  • Monoi de Tahiti – A luxurious superior moisturizer that your whole bod will love, especially dry elbows and knees.  Beautifully scented with Tahitian Gardenia Flower. No need to apply more than n ce a day. Enriched with Kokum Butter, Squalane and Vit. E.

  • Cuccio Butter Blends – 24 hour protection. An excellent balm for those extra dry areas. It works even better after a bath or shower when your skin is plumbed up with water to seal in the moisture.

  • Organic Olive Oil Soap – Keep some in the bath and at the kitchen sink. Every time you wash your hands you will do a moisturizing treatment to your hands and nails. Choose from selection of great scents.
