We collect checkout contact details, shipping addresses, order contents, payment status, support messages, and information needed to prevent fraud and complete a purchase. When analytics consent is accepted, we may also collect site activity such as page views and product interactions.

For participating creators, we may collect profile content, identity or eligibility records, product assets, and payment instructions needed to administer a separate creator agreement and compensation.

We use this information to process customer payments, produce and ship orders, send order updates, prevent fraud, present creator collections, administer creator relationships, provide customer support, and improve the site.

Customer payments are collected for purchases from Hands & Feet. Featured creators do not receive funds through customer checkout and are not third-party sellers to the customer. Any creator compensation is administered separately under the creator's agreement with Hands & Feet.

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business, including payment processors, email providers, manufacturers and fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, hosting and storage providers, and fraud or compliance vendors. We do not sell personal information.

Orders ship in plain packaging. Buyer shipping and contact information is used for payment, fulfillment, and support and is not displayed publicly. A creator's private identity, eligibility, compensation, and payment information is not shown on a public collection page.

We keep records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and provide support. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page.
