Shipping Policy

We currently accept orders only for United States delivery addresses supported at checkout. International delivery is not available. The checkout will show whether an address is eligible before payment.

Products are custom produced after payment is confirmed. Orders ship within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Production and preparation are included in this shipping window; carrier transit begins after shipment.

Standard tracked delivery is expected to take five to seven business days after shipment. The shipping charge is shown before payment. We will send the carrier and tracking number when the package ships.

Packages are plain and unbranded. Exterior packaging does not describe the contents.

Enter a complete, deliverable shipping address. Use the contact page immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We will make the change when possible, but a carrier reroute may not be available after shipment.

If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will contact you with a supported revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier, keep you updated, and replace or refund an order when loss is confirmed.
