Terms of Service

Hands & Feet offers, prices, and fulfills the products sold on this site and is the customer's point of contact for an order. Featured creators are not third-party sellers, do not contract with buyers, and do not receive customer checkout payments. Creator compensation is governed by separate agreements with Hands & Feet.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Products are custom, made-to-order silicone replicas based on a participating creator's authorized mold and product listing. The configuration and price shown before payment form part of the order. Because each piece is finished by hand, disclosed color and finish details may vary slightly from photography without changing the ordered product.

Item prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and Hands & Feet issues an order confirmation. Customer payment processing is for product sales only; it does not distribute funds directly to a featured creator.

Each replica is produced after payment is confirmed and ships within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Standard tracked delivery is expected to take five to seven business days after shipment. Production and carrier transit are separate time periods. We currently accept orders only for United States delivery addresses supported at checkout.

If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will provide a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We are responsible for coordinating fulfillment and for resolving confirmed non-delivery; the manufacturer and carrier do not replace our obligations to the customer.

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours after payment. After that period, a full refund remains available if manufacture has not begun. Once manufacture begins, we do not accept a change-of-mind cancellation or ordinary return for a made-to-order piece. This does not limit remedies for a wrong item, damage, defect, non-delivery, missed shipping promise, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Use the contact page for an order question or complaint. Include the order reference and a clear description of the issue. For visible delivery damage or an incorrect item, we may request photos of the product and packaging; we will never ask for images showing intimate use. We aim to acknowledge routine messages within one business day and will provide a next-update date when an issue remains open.

Creator names, likenesses, images, biographies, molds, and product media are used with permission and remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Buying a physical object does not grant a right to reproduce, scan, manufacture, advertise with, or commercially exploit the creator's likeness or the product design. Site content may not be copied, scraped, reposted, or used without authorization.

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, reverse engineering, automated scraping, infringement, or attempts to interfere with payments, security, or site operations.

The Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms. If a specific customer policy conflicts with a general provision here, the provision most specific to the issue controls.
